Job Summary

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that promote the company’s products and services, strengthen brand awareness, generate sales opportunities, and support business growth. The role requires close collaboration with the Sales, Customer Service, and Management teams to ensure effective marketing campaigns and excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and market trends.
• Promote the company’s products through digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product activations.
• Prepare marketing reports and evaluate campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve company sales targets.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with company policies and brand standards.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
